It’s brand new in the box and has never been used. This is a professional grade tens muscle stimulator and pain relief management unit. This is not a normal electric massage unit you get from Amazon... it is significantly higher powered. I got it from my spinal doctor for a herniated disc in my back, but can’t reach the area to put the pads on without causing major pain, so its never left the box and was never used, not even once.
