The game can be played with real balls, foam balls, or no ball at all. Very versatile system. The reflective tape is to put on the driver and woods to avoid misreads. Very effective and accurate results. The system will show you your swing speed, swing path, face angle, and contact point. I was able to shave five strokes off my handicap in a little over a month.
