I had a very positive experience with this car dealer. The team was transparent, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. Called them several times to check if the car was still available since I live 3 hours away and I told them I was bringing an inspector to check the car. Got there early in the morning, test drove it, and told them I wanted to buy it after the inspector check it out. Called the inspector and paid him on the phone in front of them and everything. I told them he said he would take an hour or so to get there. The lady, I think her name is Aida, said great, you can come inside and have a snack or you can go and come back with the inspector. I said I needed food since I had not eaten all morning so I left for a little less than an hour. After food, I get a text saying it just sold... no call... just a text. I call her back and she says she is sorry and that someone bought it and there was nothing she could do since I didn't leave a deposit. I would have left one if she had mentioned it, but she SAID I COULD LEAVE and I was excited about my first car purchase so I forgot to ask about the deposit before getting food... so yeah, wasted me and my friend's whole day and made me waste over 6 hours of gas🤦‍♂️

Quick and Easy: In less than 45 minutes, my ride was sold and ready to go, shoutout to Aida she took good care of us and had the paperwork done real fast.

My experience has been wonderful and quick! The receptionist had my paperwork ready once I came back with the money order and the salesman was very nice and informative !
