Brittany was more than amazing, everyone at this dealership was more than amazing, but Brittany was put through it during the purchase of my vehicle and she handled the situation with nothing other than the best customer service I have ever seen. Despite some difficult and unfair circumstances with my dad, who put her in a tough spot, she handled everything with professionalism and grace. The price was right and they even educated me about additional rebates I qualified for. 5 stars all the way.

If you're looking to purchase a used EV, Finesse A Car is the place to go! I initially visited their lot to check out two Polestar 2s and to take advantage of the government rebate incentive. To my surprise, nearly every legacy dealer I contacted with a used EV in their inventory didn’t even know about the IRS rebate or outright said they didn’t offer it. Worst of all, some used car dealers used bait-and-switch tactics, adding hidden costs like “paint protection” that matched the rebate amount, so you virtually have 0 savings from the incentive. Scummy, right?

Finesse A Car was refreshingly different. Steven greeted me first when I arrived, even offering to move cars back out almost to their closing hour so I could test drive them. I returned the next day and worked with Nick, who was incredibly helpful, letting me test drive both Polestars on their lot (a blue one and a black one). After some deliberation, I chose the blue one, but it had some issues—a dented fender, balding tires, and warning codes on the dash that needed warranty service from Polestar. The team didn’t hesitate to help, agreeing to take it to Polestar for me.

A week later, they informed me that Polestar prioritized personal customers over dealers, causing delays. Instead of waiting, I decided to switch to the black one, and they revised the paperwork in minutes. Tal, their maintenance expert, was fantastic. He guided me step-by-step on what to tell Polestar for warranty service, and everything he promised worked out perfectly. Polestar fixed everything under warranty, and Finesse A Car even assured me they’d cover anything Polestar wouldn’t. That’s top-notch customer service!

Overall, my experience with Finesse A Car was exceptional. They’re honest, transparent, and don’t pile on unnecessary fees. If you want a stress-free car-buying experience and a great deal, I highly recommend them!
