The is an EXCELLENT A/C Unit . It has 0 issues. It comes with a remote which is very convenient. It does have an energy saver ECO mode as well! It has an EXCELLENT fan on it(you can feel the fan on high at 25-30 feet away) I used this unit for a 25x25 room. It takes about 20-30 minutes to cool this room down to the desired temperature set on the unit. [PRICE IS NAGOTIABLE] DIMENSIONS:25"×24"x17.5" Bought Brand New on Amazon for $650 I used this for one summer(last summer) Moving into an apartment so I don't need it anymore.
