For sale is a Porter Cable model 7800 drywall sander and Porter Cable model 7812 dry/wet vacuum specifically designed for sanding drywall and collecting drywall dust. The vacuum turns on automatically when the sander is turned on. Comes with more sand paper than your job probably needs and additional foam sander head replacement. I’ve owned this for 4-years and have used for my personal projects only. I had my popcorn ceiling removed and skim coated all the rooms in my house except bathrooms and kitchen. It saved several hours of sanding by hand, eliminated 97% dust, and provided professional surface finish for a level 5 smoothness. I always used with a bag to provide better suction with zero clogging of the filter. Can be used without a bag although I would recommend as the filter would need to be unclogged every 10 minutes. This will pay for itself over a rental unit. Thank you.
