Hello! Highly sought after travel trailer that has the bunk room and door in the back. The model number is in the pictures i added the layout for convenience, as well as the book value. Were moving and want to sell before leaving and open to negotiations, let us know a time for viewing we are located near downtown fallbrook. We had it inspected when we purchased it 2 years back and have stayed in it off and on while visiting family, so it's been stationary and would most likely need new tires if you plan to tow it far. Everything is in working condition; water, sinks shower, toilet, sewage, - no leaks. stove, lights, and all electrical outlets fully functional, fridge runs off propane. We are the second owners, the last owners took it to motor cross races for 2 summers before having it in concealed storage. They told us that they had the frame reinforced to withstand towing farther distances without issues. They also fixed a section of flooring near the bathroom, so this work can be seen when viewed. Upon our time with it we have noticed that there is a small area of flooring by the front door that is starting to soften, We bought the epoxy and tools to fix it ourselves, were going to try to do this still before selling but we are on a time crunch. These issues along with needing to move leave us open to considering all offers, trades, deals. We are currently looking for a van, or 3rd row seating vehicle, computers... -It's a little dusty but everything is still in good working condition and functional-awning, pull out, sewage, water, etc. With no issues to the key areas of use. It is hooked up now for viewing and we can also add a few add ons like propane tanks, water drums, metal fencing, TV, bed, ac window unit, and fans; that can be discussed when we view.
