​Selling because a family member unexpectedly gifted me a new couch. This Kirby sleeper sofa, purchased new from Conn's Furniture 3 years ago, is fully functional as both a couch and a bed. It has been in a pet-free home. Minor Flaws: Two small burn marks are present on two cushions, and two throw pillows need minor seam repair. A simple, stylish couch cover would instantly eliminate all visible defects (burn spots, wear) and make the sofa look brand new. Damage: The frame on one side was damaged during original delivery. I've successfully supported it with a simple piece underneath. If you are handy, a simple, permanent fix is possible. ​Functionality: The sofa is completely usable and has been for the past 3 years, even with the frame damage. ​Price is Negotiable: I am motivated to sell quickly and am willing to negotiate the price to some extent.
