Each flap has an outer layer and a mesh net that have separate zippers. Pops open in seconds, closes down in under a minute. Comes with mounting hardware. I also added two extra sets of ladder hooks ($80) so that you can hook up your ladder on both sides and off the back for more versatility. Includes two zip in liners for colder weather.
