This is a Canoly Masticating Juicer featuring slow cold-press technology. It is equipped with a 4.1-inch wide feed chute designed for whole fruits and vegetables. The machine operates with a 300-watt motor to optimize juice yield and minimize oxidation. To start: Press the switch on the back or top to "ON". Reverse ("REV"): If the machine becomes blocked or stops due to hard pieces, turn off the juicer. Then, hold the switch in the "REV" (Reverse) position for a few seconds. The auger will rotate backward and clear the blockage. Cleaning and disassembly: Note the silicone plug: There is a small silicone or rubber plug for the pulp outlet under the juicing drum. This must be tightly closed during juicing to prevent juice from leaking out. To clean, flip it open to easily rinse away any remaining fiber under running water. To disassemble: Turn the top feed chute counterclockwise to unlock and remove it. Next, pull the auger and sieve upwards to remove them. Tip for stuck parts: If the drum is difficult to detach from the motor block after juicing, run the appliance briefly in reverse ("REV") for 2-3 seconds while it is still plugged in to release any internal tension.
