My wife and I have been shopping for a Suburban for about 8 months and saw that New Wave Auto had one up for sale about two weeks ago that looked like a great deal so she messaged the dealership to get the details. The salesman, Marcos, was great and answered all of our questions. We live about 7 hours away and made plans to head down the next day to look at the vehicle. My wife and son showed up at New Wave the next day and were very impressed with the vehicle and with the dealership itself - great people that were very helpful! We had a great experience buying the vehicle and Terry, the owner, really went the extra distance to make the sale a pleasant experience! I would absolutely recommend looking at their inventory if you are looking to buy a good used vehicle!

Had an amazing experience here at new waves auto. The staff were very kind and helpful, Ernie was the one to help me get my car and he did an amazing job helping me get the car I want. I would get another car from them again soon. They’re really lenient when it comes to credit. The office also feels like home so we were comfortable and safe too.
