1999 Jayco Heritage Pop Up Tent Trailer

IF AD IS UP IT MEANS IS STILL AVAILABLE. I bought this few years ago and we have only used it less than 4 times. It does need some repairs. 1999 Jayco manistee heritage tent 24ft open Awning (we have never opened it) Dinette slide out/turns in a bed 2 king size beds (one of the sides needs some to be fix) Large storage outside Bike rack on roof for 4 bikes PTI plates (I have title on hands) 1 window has repair Weight appproximently 2300lbs Easy to tow 1 side of the string that goes up broke (you will need to fix it) IMPORTANT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. We only use the pop up tent to sleep. Therefore we do not know if the following items are in working conditions. water heater, water pump, 3 burner stove (it’s cracked on one corner), CD stereo outside speakers, refrigerator, heater. Pop up tent is located in Phelan CA. I am open to any offer but please be reasonable Please note that the pictures are when I bought it. I will say that the inside still looks the same, but since pop up camper has been in Phelan CA, I currently don’t know in what conditions it is.
