Good quality DHP brand black fabric upholstered low-profile futon sectional purchased new close to 2 years ago (cost $500+) and is in great condition with absolutely no stains or any other issues since it was never actually used much and is from a pet-free and messy-kid-free home. The frame is very well built, solid yet lightweight, the cushioning is very firm and the futon converts smoothly and quickly from a queen+ size mattress bed to a couch and vice versa. It also has a chaise section that can be used on its own, as shown in one of the pics.
