Klipsch Icon KF28 Floor standing Tower Speakers

For sale is a pair of Klipsch Icon KF28 tower floor standing speakers in immaculate near mint condition. Features include the famous Tractrix horn for crisp highs without being harsh, and dual 8"IMG woofers with front expansion port for low punchy,not muddled bass (no subwoofer needed). These are rated at 150 watt/600 peak frequency response of 35Hz-23khz with a sensitivity of 98db 2.83v 1 meter. That means they can be played with just about any stereo. I use a 43 watt/ch amp and never go over 2 watts or it's too loud. Dual binding hook-ups allow for bi-amp or regular wire connections. The cabinets are ding free and the grilles are in perfect condition (photo is too bright). The cabinets measure 43"tall, 9.5"wide, and 16"deep. This model sells for $899 at retail stores. I'm selling because I purchased a matched Klipsch home theater system. You won't find a pair in better used condition. They are hooked up and ready for a test listen before you buy. I may consider part trade. The last photo is my upgraded set.
