We knew what we wanted when we went in.  They weren't pushy as we were viewing and checking everything out.  Made the process easy.  The couple items that were of concern, they offered to fix at no cost.  Came back a week later and the parts weren't in as we were told they would be. However, they called around and got them immediately from a different location and still fixed it. Overall, great customer service and my daughter loves the car.
