This great trailer has had both kitchen and bathroom faucets replaced with residential grade, the shower head replace, and single propane tank upgraded to a double tank holder. Inside, you are greeted with a (residential queen sized mattress) with overhead and under bed storage, a dinette on a pop-out, a two burner stove, convection microwave, good-sized sink, lots of storage for the size, bunk beds, wardrobe, and a full bathroom with sink and good-sized shower. Outside, you will find pass through storage, electric awning with LED lighting, and strong pull-down stairs. I have a brand new electric tongue jack in box and a larger electrical box for the wiring in front that I will include. They are brand new just did not have time to install these upgrades.
