This is a great reliable pop up camper. I am the second owner. It has a fridge, microwave, 3burner stove and sink. A toilet shower combo. A queen size heated mattress and a dinette that turns into a small bed. 2 propane tanks, water heater, water tank, air conditioner as well as furnace. A lot of st orage space outside and inside. I will not accept anything other than full asking price. If you plan on not offering full price do not waste your time or mine. I have title in hand. Absolutely no trades. Cash only. Need gone asap
