Description

The headset works great but the wired in-line controls is broken. The volume up button does not click (stuck) and the other buttons are not responsive. Since the volume button is stuck, you would need to lower the volume on the device the headphone is connected to.  The good thing about the headphone is that the headphone control wires are detachable and can be swap for a working set. The headphone foam padding has many wrinkles. The Bose case has many medium to heavy scuffs, dents and scratches. Please see pictures of the actual item and conditions.
