I purchased a 2017 BMW X3 from Diplomat Motors w/o seeing in person and had it shipped from Oregon to New York State. My salesman Gabe Luca was fantastic to deal with, very responsive and honest. Vehicle arrived as described by Gabe and as the photos he provided Via text. I also have to mention Josh,, who I believe is the service manager. He was fantastic also. As it turns out after I purchased the vehicle, they noticed a malfunction in the main screen so they replaced it at no cost to me. This is a very reputable business with great employees.

I went in to see Gabe Luca and wanted to take a look at this white 2016 Shelby Gt350 Mustang that these guys were selling. They were very patient with me because I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to buy the car but they gave me an insane trade in value and took care of me. There was some trouble with the car that took 5 weeks to get fixed but they worked tirelessly to get it repaired and were open and throughout about the process.

Dimitri took great care of me. Bought the car sight unseen and was able to priced anything and everything I asked for and no pressure. Love that car and has big plans for it

We purchased this F350 from Diplomat Motors and worked with Gabe.  He was very personable, super friendly and worked hard to get us out quickly as we had plans that evening.  The truck we purchased checks all the boxes we required. We do have to go back for some work that was promised, hoping that goes as promised.
