I posted my car online and quickly got contacted by Daniel from Driveline Used Cars of Murrieta.  After going back and forth I decided to give them a shot at purchasing my car. I met with both Brian and Daniel. They gave me what I felt was a pretty fair offer and I accepted it. 15 minutes later the paperwork was all done and signed and I was on my way. It was a great experience.  Both guys were nice and respectful.  I would use them again if I was selling a vehicle.
BTW - if you're in the market for a good used car, go to their showroom. They have some beautiful cars. I almost stayed there to buy one.

I recently got a new car from a big dealership and they offered me nearly nothing for my trade in. (I was actually offended) I decided to list it online and was almost immediately contacted by Abraham from Drive Line.

The staff here were welcoming and friendly. I felt comfortable while i waited to be helped which wasn't very long.

When I arrived I was greeted, offered a drink and asked to have a seat. The place was clean with comfortable chairs.

Abraham was very kind, explaining the process all along the way and ended up giving me a very fair price for my vehicle. (This was an older vehicle, 2017, and was happy they even took the time to consider it let alone give me a great deal)

A few signatures later and I had a check in hand a was out the door. In my opinion this was 100% better than trying to list on public sites like Marketplace or Autotrader because i didn't have to deal with ridiculous offers or strangers coming to the house.

Over all I was really satisfied with the whole experience which took less than 45 minutes.

I would recommend this for the first place to at least start if you have a car to sell and you want it sold fast at a good price. They also have a lot of really nice cars for sale.

Truly despicable. They advertise their price but when you get there, they tell you there are dealer add ons. And they are quite worthless, like paint protection and interior coating, an alarm I don't want, etc, for about $1,900 each, adding thousands. This should be in the listed price, which should be all but tax and license.
They have the gall to say their prices are transparent because they say they list these things way at the bottom on their website. Judge for yourself. Go to their website, click on a car, and spend 30 minutes reading about the car and I bet you will never find these "transparent" fees.
What is transparent? It is honestly posting the price you charge. Everything should be there except tax and license fees. This is like a grocery store advertising a dozen eggs for $4, then you get to the register and they give you a list of add ons: counseling for the chickens, polishing the eggs... A silly example but you get my point. Those are fees you had no idea you'd be charged from the add for eggs.That is what these guys are doing when they advertise a car and make it impossible to see the real price til you waste time going there.
For real reviews, go to Yelp. Yelp gives a more accurate low review rating of "2" for this company. That seems more accurate to me than Google, where anyone can post a review, even fake ones.Why can't car dealerships be legit and honest and simply post the actual price? The fact some other dealers may do it does not make it right.

Mo was very helpful & was very accommodating & patient with me as I was figuring out my next steps. The process was pretty smooth & I left here with a car in roughly 3 hours! They sell high quality cars. Come check them out!
