She said she never used it and there is food all in the lines of the consol around the screen. When i got the game she told me if i have problems with the downloaded games to let her no? Really! And of course when i got home they did not work. So i reset the consol so it would be like new and put my info in it and after resetting it it came back on but i got busy with my 3 year old so i put it up. When i went back to get the game two days later it was dead ok thats strange because it is supposed to be like new lol ok!. I put it on the charger there was no indication that it was receiving a charge so i waited 1 hour then 2 hours and so on nothing it was dead. Called nintendo they tryed to help me but couldn't have to send it in. That will cost $100 i got the consol for $140 so i could have got a new one at this point this is so wrong and to top it off i got this for my 3 year old son because the other switch joycons keep coming off and losing Connection and he get so frustrated so i Decided to get him a lite. Back to her i told her this and she started off far enough then she started accuseding me of messing it up because i reset the consol the the Original settings i told her this was not going to harm the consol lol but she just keep on. The at some point she told me she removed the data from the games off the consol. Lol i told her thats why they would not work and thats why i reset the consol. I took a loss on the games and was just going to make it ours and put my info in instead of hers. She wanted me to call her and ask her for help to fix the games if i had a problem with them so she new i would from the start. I did not want to do that. Long story short she will no own up to it and give me my money back either. Just keeps bringing GOD in it like he has something to do with this and what she did. I hope she see this and i hope that she doesn't do this to others out there. I truly makes me not want to buy electronics from other because I dont have the money to just throw away like that.
