Tiny House On Wheels

This is a tiny house kit imported from Lithuania. Lincoln log style. The wood is baked, allowing for this to be water & bug resistant as well as last 30+ years. It is made of spruce. This kit comes with everything except the shingles. This kit is a shell. Meaning the inside finishes like cabinets etc are not included. 24ft long, 2 lofts, about 300 sqft Bathroom with a window Tongue & grove ceiling Comes with quarter rounds for all joints Height when completed is the same as a semi truck—13ft tall Trailer underneath is insulated Needs an F250 or more to pull Wood is designed to keep even temperatures. There are 2 options in this kit, double insulated or single. This is the single model. The double model is able to keep warm with just a space heater in -20° weather. So a single insulated is perfect for WA weather. We started this build & then a series of family events took place & we had to stop. We no longer have the muscle to complete the top nor the use for it. The trailer originally was 6k The kit was 18k We are about 30k total into it with the build process and insulating the trailer underneath. The doors & windows(including hardware) are high end, European lock systems that are better than anything made in the US. 1 Single exterior door 1 double exterior door 1 interior door 5 casement windows 4 rectangle picture windows This kit fits together like Lincoln logs, comes with all the brackets. There is an option to add a folding deck to the double doors, however it is not included with the kit. Because it was sitting for a while, it does have some fading but I started to clean the exterior with pool chorine & it’s starting to look like new. Still needs some TLC in some areas. Currently it is built up to just above the loft area. The top 2 rungs need to be removed & relayed because it is an inch off & it has to be fixed in order for the rest of the build to lay perfect. I don’t have the muscle nor help to complete that in order to keep going/hand it over fixed. This is a beautiful cabin that just needs a little love. I posted a picture of what the wood looks like after using pool chlorine to clean the exterior. Will probably need a sealer, but again this is baked wood— far superior to pressure treated. When water hits it, it dries extremely fast. The blue prints are step by step how to put it together, but don’t have words. It is numbered, so it makes it easy. If you understand building or how to put ikea furniture together, you will for sure understand this. Open to offers, as I know there is some TLC to be done to it. The trailer is registered & will just need to be transferred into your name.
