CLEAR TITLE!! (Rare for old trailers) All reasonable offers considered! Selling our beloved “Sunny”. Rare “Caveman” camper made in Oregon in Grants Pass! Before and after pictures. She isn’t perfect, but an amazing 48 year old camper. Dinette and couch fold out to sleep 4. New foam, The bunk is used for storage as the rails need to be stabilized. This camper has TONS of storage . I have done a lot of upgrades... Cool 1960s Mustang tail lights, all new light fixtures, added another breaker and addition outlets , added 7 prong (no battery or converter hook ups), disc breaks, added Microwave and tv mount, new vents, new curtains, redid table, added vintage seats and vintage stove/oven (works!!), original icebox or i added an outlet for a mini fridge. Has fresh water tank but no other holding tanks. Can hook up sink to city water (drains to outside) excellent portable porta potty (No bathroom) And a curtain for privacy. Have original furnace, but was in process of fixing it (does not work). Tires in excellent condition. All external lights work. Just repainted whole interior with high quality paint! Wood Laminate floors. We have out grown our beloved girl. She still needs work to get her into tip too shape! Roof is in excellent condition and does not leak. Has some damage to body but nothing major. We were in process of re-sealing the trim but never finished (Has water damaged corners) and some old wood rot around bottom trim. I have always kept it covered with an ADCO covers (new one comes with) to prevent further moisture damage. Ready to camp as is!! One step up so rides low with an extra wide body! Pulls great! Hauled it with 6 cylinder Xterra and 6 cyl Ram for last 8 years
