Home Air Conditioner Not Working FREE HELP

Description

Free info. This could save you a lot of money if your house is having AC issues. Some companies are charging over $1,000 to change out parts that cost less than 30 bucks and 5 mins of time. 1. If you are not an electrician and/or know nothing about electricity, do not make this repair yourself. Electricity kills if you don't know what you're doing. 2. If your AC is blowing weak, blowing but putting out air that's not as cold as it should be, or the fan on the AC unit itself is making noise but turning slower than it should or just not turning at all, then this is for you. 3. These units are not complicated. If the symptoms in #2 are happening, odds are that it's because your CAPACITOR, CONTACT POINTS or THE WHOLE DAMN MOTHERBOARD are bad. 4. I can't help you with motherboard issues, but that's usually not the problem. The Capacitor and Contact Points are the two little parts you need. They usually cost about $20-$30 online total. It is imperative that you get the right capacitor with the right UF and MFD rating. 5. How do you find out what ones you need? Look up the model number of your unit. It's marked on the outside of the big fan unit outside of your house. Call an HVAC shop and ask them. You can also look online for the compatible parts. Note: These 2 components are located inside of the little panel on the side of the fan AC unit outside of your home. DO NOT go poking around in there if you don't know how to work with electricity! Just do not! 6. Have someone replace them for you if you do not know how to work with home electricity. Handyman services usually do, and they are way cheaper than calling an AC repair company. I post this as a public service announcement for hard working people who are being crushed by this heatwave and don't have the money to be screwed over by AC repair companies who charge over 1k to unscrew 6 screws and replace an $8 part. Also note, this may not fix your AC if the motherboard is bad, or if the fan is bad, but honestly, that does not happen very often at all with these units. Again, DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ELECTRICAL UNLESS YOU HAVE THE PROPER ELECTRICIAN SKILLS AND KNOW HOW TO DO SO. THESE UNITS RUN ON A LOT OF ELECTRICITY, AND IT WILL HURT YOU IMMENSELY OR KILL YOU IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. If you're local and im available, get the parts, and I'll replace them for you for the cost of the gas it takes to get to your house. This is how much I am dedicated to keeping you from being forced to live with a broken AC unit due to the insane AC company repair cost.
