Great condition, no holes, tears, stains or smells. There is a cat in the house. The only issue is where the 2 couches connect , the wood (seen in pictures) started to pull apart when i moved it. I've had it supported with a block just fine. You can't tell when it's together. Soft fabric, well taken of, regularly washed cushion covers. Pick up by Capital Mall. If it's posted, it's available. $350 OBO
