Fishing Kayak 12.5 Ft

Just testing the waters *pun intended* The good: This feel free dorado kayak is one of the most stable standup fishing kayaks you can buy, it is the v1 version but originally sold for over $3000 brand new. Comes with a bunch of stuff so you can essentially fish immediately. Fish finder, Werner paddle, downrigger, PFD, and bed extender for truck. When I tell you this thing is stable it’s no joke, I can walk from back to front on this kayak no problem in the middle of a lake. Comes with lights all installed so your night fish ready. Comes with a battery as well to get you going. This is a PEDAL drive so you won’t need to paddle everywhere it’s super easy to get around. You have instant reverse as well as rudder control to keep you where you want to be. Perfect for letting the current take you down a bank. The bad: These had a terrible issue near the rear rudder that the slightest bump cause a crack to form. This had happened but has been repaired with plastic weld, could use a little one over but as the section sits outside of the water it’s not something that takes on water or creates a safety risk. Also toward the front of the hull one day as I’m throwing the kayak in the truck bed I caught a sharp piece of metal and it put a super tiny hole the size of a piece of rice that was repaired fully with plastic weld and an extra layer of jb weld over it. At the moment she takes on essentially no water can stay on a lake all day with no issues. I do have kydex and heat gun and was planning on creating keel guards. But will leave up to the new owner however I’ll give you all the supplies. Serious inquiries only as I’m moving to the south and would love to take her with me, but can also use the extra funds for a move and eventually buy another one. $900 firm also willing to meet you on a lake to show you that she floats just fine.
