Indoor/ Outdoor Mini Mini Ramp

Description

Selling my mini mini ramp that I built.
 Dimensions:
12 ft long x 4 ft wide x 18” tall (with center extension)
Converts to 10 ft long by removing the 2 ft x 4 ft middle section
Modular design, comes apart in sections
I originally built this to use inside my apartment, so I focused heavily on making it as quiet as possible. All of the ramp edges are sealed with acoustical sealant. The coping is filled with expanding foam and sealed with acoustical sealant as well. I installed 3M neoprene strips in between the plywood and 2x4 framing to help reduce vibration and wheel noise. There are also neoprene strips underneath so it doesn’t slide or scratch the floors. I’ve used it indoors without any noise complaints.
It’s also fully sealed for outdoor use. Every piece, not just the surface, was primed with multiple coats of Zinsser mold killing primer. I used outdoor porch and patio paint for the riding surface. The framing, sides, and deck are sealed with exterior spar urethane. The top skate surface is birch plywood with porch and patio paint only, nothing extra on top, so it keeps that proper ramp feel without being too slick or too sticky. The rest of the ramp and all of the framing have the full sealing layers, not just the visible parts.
It separates into sections and has adjustable tension latches so it stays tight and doesn’t shift but still comes apart easily when needed. I added plastic sliders on the back edges so you can lift one side up, flip it onto those, and slide it to move it. I also included a lever that slides underneath to help lift and reposition it. I can move it by myself and I’m not a big guy. There’s storage space inside, and I made magnetic backing panels you can attach to close it off and block more sound.
Built it myself and put a lot of time into it. If you have questions just ask
