Rare Truck – 6.5L Detroit Diesel Up for sale is a very rare truck equipped with a 6.5L Detroit Diesel engine. I’ve owned it for about three years, and it has several new parts installed. This truck was previously part of a fire department fleet and is now retired from service. I’m selling it because it's currently having an issue running, and I haven’t been able to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to maintain or troubleshoot it further. The engine does start, so the issue may be something relatively simple—possibly a dirty injector or similar minor problem. It ran and drove great up until now.
