Description
1999 Chevy Silverado 2500 that has been in my family since new. The truck has been very reliable, I drive it to the east side of the WA 15+ times a year. More money has gone into modifying the truck to my liking over the last few years than the asking price. Only selling because I need better gas mileage and bought a new truck. Full Raptor liner coating, the truck was fully stripped down for this. No need to ever wash the truck, just spray it down and its good to go. 6.0 gasser running a Sloppy Stage 2 cam. Factory 316 iron heads were replaced with rebuilt 706 heads and all new lifters ~3 years back. Running ~10.4 compression ratio vs the stock 9.4. Long tube headers. 4L80E transmission. Also comes with HP Tuners. She is loud and rumbly and goes like hell when you get into it. New in the items in 1-2 years: 285/75/17 E-rated BF Goodrich KO2 tires (less than 3K Miles ago) Bilstein 5160 piggyback shocks all around 6” Rough Country lift Extended Braided stainless brake lines all around Kryptonite Upper Control arms All steering components and ball joints replaced with Kryptonite or Moog HD parts (pitman, idler, upper lower ball joints, steering stabilizer, etc.) Axle u-joints just replace this month Rough Country tube side steps Craftsman tool box Around 6 years ago, the entire brake system was replaced, including the ABS module, brake booster, all hard lines, and calipers. Also comes with a brand new NNBS intake with 92mm throttle body and an extra set of 50lb injectors. Just needs fuel rails to install The bad: As with any old truck, she has some mild oil leaks. It does not leave any drips, but the underside of the engine has a light coating of oil. While the long tubes back to the y pipe are all stainless steel, the exhaust after the y pipe is mild steel. It is starting to rust out and should be replaced at some point. The muffler is also stainless, so it can be reused.
