A very rare and original Mid Century Modern (early 1950’s wedding gift) Cutco 9 piece cutlery set with their patented Dark Brown Swirl Handles, housed in two Bakelite wall mount holders. This was a wedding gift from a bygone era in the early 1950’s and one of Cutco’s most earliest offerings having the lower numbers, in numerical order order #’s 20 thru 28, A Complete Original Early Set. The 2 wall mount Bakelite holders are in excellent condition. These are all used items and do have wear and scratching from use and cleaning. All handles and blades show decades of age and toning variations from use, sharpening scratches and washing but there is no damage ie. chips, cracks, burn marks or blade dings other than sharpening scratches. “A truly very rare complete Cutco set”.
