I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car from this dealership to proceed with extreme caution. My experience has been frustrating, costly, and a clear example of how promises made before a sale can quickly disappear afterward.

I personally purchased two vehicles from this dealership and even referred three friends who also bought cars here, trusting the sales team’s assurances. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. On the test drive for my most recent purchase, the car already showed signs of mechanical problems. I was assured these issues would be fixed before I took delivery. That is the only reason I went through with the purchase.

The vehicle ended up sitting for a week before I could pick it up because it was with their mechanic, who was supposedly addressing the problems. When I finally got the car, the issues were not resolved. I brought it back twice, was told it was “fixed,” but the same problems persisted. I ended up having to return it three more times, only to be met with the same empty reassurances. Ultimately, I had to tow the car from Michigan to my home in Florida and repair it myself. I have photos and videos documenting the work I had to do, which totaled roughly $2,700 out of my own pocket.

The sales representative I dealt with, Stephanie, was quick to make promises and assurances during the buying process, but once the sale was complete, there was no accountability or follow-through. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for such a significant purchase.

For anyone considering doing business here, I urge you to think carefully. Once you sign the paperwork and drive off the lot, you may find yourself on your own — just as I did.

We spotted a car advertised for $1,500. My husband called twice to confirm:
✅ That was the cash price
✅ The car was available

Both times, they swore it was true.

He arrives…
❌ The car doesn’t exist
❌ The salesman literally laughed in his face
❌ Then tried to push completely different cars on him

Needless to say we didn't waste anymore time on their lot after driving over an hour 😡
