Vintage Hoover Vacuum Model #28 VTG Antique Brown 1940s Powers on and works. Comes with used dust vac bag Outer bag is newer and not original Rubber belt is worn and will need to be replaced soon There is a crack at the upper handle but it works fine. Small nick in the cord but works fine. Plastic lens is missing by the light. Bulb does turn on so you can vacuum in the dark. There are marks and scratches as this is over 75 years old.
