2002 BMW M3

2002 BMW M3 Convertible for sale, The good: It is a beautiful, extremely rare, BMW Individual Estoril Blue, with Dove Gray interior and a 6 speed manual. Currently it has just over 105,000 miles. Convertible top functions flawlessly. It is very fast. The bad: it needs work. The diff bushings need to be replaced, the door lock actuator does not work on the driver door (still unlocks with the key in the door handle), clear bra needs to be removed and replaced (it is cracked all over, but the paint underneath is in great shape), it has an oil leak that i have not diagnosed yet, and the air bag light is on after the battery died (I will try to take care of this before the sale of the vehicle). Since then the battery has been properly charged and has no issues whatsoever. There is damage on the rear bumper from backing into a pole in a parking lot (see photos). Car has normal wear for a 23 year old car, but has been responsibly adult driven since it has been in my family since 2009 with 89k miles on it. I have all of the original keys, as well as the owners manual, front license plate mount, storage bag for the rear seat defuser when the top is down. Please don't ask if the "big three" have been done, because I do not know if they have or not, so i am assuming they have not. I understand the for sale price is high considering the work that needs to be done, however, the color combination and it being a 6 speed manual more than make up for it. Interior is a 8/10, exterior is 7.5/10 (only due to the rear damage) if thats not in consideration, i would say the exterior is a 9/10 I have the California title in hand, vehicle passes smog with no problems. I am in no rush to sell, so please do not low ball me because you will be ignored. Thank you for your time and interest
