This is a Authentic signed Tony Romo Jersey, framed in a heavy duty frame. The frame alone cost $500. The Frame and glass is in great shape, I don’t see any scratches on the glass. Frame is beautiful. Pictures have a little glare in them which looks like scratches but are not. Has been carefully stored for a couple years now. We bought this off Pepsi about 10 years ago who was a sponsor of the Dallas Cowboys Training camp. Great collectors item for any fan
