Very old antique industrial howe scale with several weights; has a sticker Buffalo scale and supply company. Great for decoration or collector memorabilia. Appears to work, but I don’t know much about them. Price is firm, very heavy bring help to load. marilla pick up. I do have another similar smaller scale triumph brand
