I had such a great experience here! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted kindly and helped right away. I originally came to check out a 2007 BMW, but after talking things over, he explained that with a down payment I might actually be able to get into something even better. Honestly, I was hesitant at first, but I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did.

To my surprise, I got approved for a 2012 Range Rover. It wasn’t the car I came in for, but after taking it on a test drive and seeing all the cool features it had, I completely fell in love with it. The whole process was way smoother than I expected, and I felt like I was really being looked out for instead of just being “sold” a car.

If you’re on the fence about where to go, I’d definitely recommend coming here. They were honest, patient, and made the whole experience a positive one.

We are happy with MHZ Auto’s customer service.  I appreciate how they were not forcing into buying, which helped us feel comfortable to take our time to make the right decision.  The vehicle we decided to choose needed an alignment and they went above and beyond to make it happen on the same day.  They saved us a 4 hour trip. Paperwork was quick and simple.

I was stressed about going to the DMV to register my out of state car. I called two other places in town and got terrible customer service. I then called MHZ Auto and Melissa answered all my questions on the phone and said she can take care of everything I needed.

Got to her office the next day, she took all my required paperwork and I was out in less than 10 minutes without an appointment. Way more convenient than spending hours at the DMV. Thank you again Melissa for helping me and answering all my questions!!

I DO NOT recommend this dealership. They sold me a salvage vehicle, and filed the wrong paperwork. It was missing several inspections that costs me $500 total. I had to fix several parts for it to pass the inspection because it failed brake and light inspection. So that was an extra $700. They were supposed to get verifications, inspections, and change the out of state title on it before selling the vehicle. I’ve been to the DMV over 10 times now and they still won’t let me register the vehicle to get the tags because of their FRAUDulent acts.  I  talked to Marissa and the guy (I forget his name) and Marissa gives me the around saying she’ll “ talk to DMV directly for me” then ghost me and the guy never ghosted me as well. ALSO the bill of sale states that i  sold the vehicle to myself from myself!! That is intentional FRAUD!! Don’t shop here unless you want to spend more money than needed or you want to waste your time.
