This discontinued Pier 1 piece combines a compact footprint with a surprisingly generous workspace and plenty of hidden storage. The desk features an elegant French-inspired silhouette with curved cabriole-style legs, gently shaped side supports, a decorative scalloped apron, molded edges and a small antique-brass-tone knob. The muted avocado/olive green gives it a wonderful vintage-inspired look that works beautifully with traditional, cottage, eclectic, French country or maximalist décor. The front panel folds down and is supported by metal stays on both sides, creating a full writing or laptop surface. When you’re finished, the front simply closes to conceal the entire workspace, making this an especially practical desk for a bedroom, apartment, living room or small home office.
