Antique 12 1/2” English Staffordshire Kashmir Serving Plate J&G Meakim England in Gently Used Condition. Due to the antique age of this plate, there is some light under coated crazing, which is normal for something of its age. It is smooth to the touch and is only slightly cosmetic in nature. It is very light and really only noticeable on the solid white back of the plate. It is far less noticeable on the front of the plate where the Rose Design is laid out. The beautiful Rose design is the main theme of this antique plate. It features a large Rose bush in the center of the plate with several small roses blooming and two larger full bloomed roses nearby. There are also roses on all four outside edge pieces of the plate. A beautiful design that still has great color and definition even after all the decades. This is a very pretty serving plate in my humble opinion.
