See description in picture. Pictures of it being built so you can see framing integrity, and pictures of inside of finished building. Extremely heavy and heavy duty. Cash only and you must move it. All reasonable offers considered. LOCATED IN GEORGETOWN TX Has been used as a storage building for the entirety of its life. No bugs got inside, nor did any water get inside at all. We had stuff stored in here for 3 years and just emptied it out and spent two nights in it. It was 50 degrees overnight and we stayed 100% warm in just sleeping bags. The door is framed, shuts and locs, just needs to be finished out.
