Gel Infused for Comfort and Pressure Relief, Medium Firm, Improves sleep with temperature regulation, pressure relief, and low motion transfer Purchased brand new, used only a handful full of times, unfortunately cover was stained a little but was able to remove almost all of the stain. Cover that goes over mattress can be removed, to reveal gel memory foam underneath. Most likely able to purchase new cover if wanted. Mattress currently resides packaged up in a plastic mattress cover till purchased and picked up, to remain clean.
