Cowboy Steam Smoker Propane

The Cowboy Steam Smoker cuts your cooking time in half compared to a regular smoker. The Steam Vortex Design eliminates the need to re-position or rotate anything it cooks and leaves a finished product that has tenderness, moisture, and flavor. The steam injection process works similar to an old fashion whiskey still. The first stainless steel pot is for your mop solution (see below). The steam tank can be controlled by the easy access control knob on the front of the smoker. You can control the amount of steam and humidity that the still unit is injecting into the smoke cabinet by adjusting the fuel knob . I’ve won rib completions with this so it works awesome. Just needs a propane hose and bottle and a good scrub. It’s in good shape otherwise and works well. This is well built and uses aircraft fittings and stainless steel. Heavy gauge walls for even heat. Not some cheap smoker from Sam’s or Home Depot. This is the real deal. When they came out they were $2500. Company only sold em through home shows and competitions. Went out of business cause they were too expensive to build. The builder was a competition race car driver and it was a busted hobby. 😜
