The wood is very very solid and well built, you can feel it when you pick up the piece and in the thickness of the wood. CONDITION This piece can described as FAIR Condition and a PROJECT piece as it does have numerous scratches on the legs in which the wood was partially scratched and surface Laminate would need to be replaced as it has multiple scratches and tears in it as well as little wear red spots on the surface as well along with some significant wear on the edges in which wood has chipped. With that said once restored this piece is truly timeless and due to it being made out of real wood there lies an opportunity to bring it back to life to its original glory.
