I just purchased a Lexus LX 570 2017 a Months before for 5,7000.00$ and the next morning when I cold start it makes a sound like Seeew seeew, I call them and told them that there is a problem I drive 2 hours back to them and finally find that the water pump Poly is shaking the said leave it will fix it one and a half week the kept said the change the water pump once the return the car back while driving home I turned on the AC it was blowing to the passenger side but not to the driver side I called Them and Mr Tim told me take it to Autonation Toyota in Leesburg VA but now they are saying that the have change the AC compressor Poly no the are saying that it’s not covered in the warranty the Give 4000 miles and 90 days warranty and also I purchased extended warranty for 2500$ up to 120000 miles the car has only 66000 miles they missed up everything by fixing a Lexus in Chevy dealer and now the are saying it not covered in the warranty and this one month I drive 10 times to the dealer ship I never enjoy the car one day. I have proved, evidence and photos/Videos. I want this matter to be solved by any means this  review is for records and lawful movement.

Absolutely wonderful experience with this dealership.  I had been driving around looking at used cars offered by several dealerships and private sellers only to find out the cars had numerous issues upon seeing the car in person.  However, when I went to see the car offered by Autonation Chevrolet Timonium the car was better than described.

I bought the car then and there and John Kennedy, my salesman, made the process super easy and smooth.  Because I bought through this dealership, they took car of my safety and emissions  and all my transfer paperwork.  I was able to leave with my new car.  I've had the car for a few months now and its been fantastic.  I'd definitely give this dealership my business again in the future.

Customer service is great, however I’m not convinced the mechanics know what they are doing at all, went in for a turbo charger replacement after mine failed, it was a recall so the process was painless and easy, however the mechanics did not change the oil in my car before replacing the turbo charger, thus introducing contaminates and possible debris into the brand new turbo, possibly causing it to fail again in the future but this time I’ll have to eat all the costs. Very disappointed they couldn’t get something this simple correct, especially when it can cause long term damage. My review could change depending on what they are willing to do to fix this error. But I stand by the basic incompetence of there mechanics.

I call to ask questions about my Caddy. I talk to Hanibal. He answered my questions and set me up for an appointment the next day. I was taken care of right away. They check my car for recalls and all necessary repairs. I was told what the cost would be. I was given a ride home and I was picked up to get my car when it was ready. It was cleaned. Everything I wanted done was taken care of. I checked the bill and everything was itemized so I know what I was paying for that was done. Mr. Hanibal kept me informed about my car until it was complete. Most important he listened to me when I told him what was going on with my car and got it taken care of.
