Variation in color is due to the type of material. (Something like a Corduroy). No rips or tears, No major stains, Clean. Included are the 4 tables. They are Broyhill made of solid wood. The tables do have minor surfaces scratches. They can be sanded and repainted. Items are in a storage in UCF area in Aloma Ave. Asking $380 for ALL!!!! Pick up in East Orlando near UCF area 32817.
