I had the best experience starting with Dave who was so kind  and knowledgeable from the start of our phone call. When I arrived he had listings and information so no time was wasted. Then I was pointed to Calvin who’s now my singing buddy, he’s just aware of his clients needs and for being the person to go over the financial side he makes it quick and painless while still keeping you completely informed. Christian the perfect person to meet last, my appointed tech instructor giving me all the in and outs on how to make the vehicle best function to my needs as well as keeping me up on how to work all the buttons. Everyone has a 10 out of 10 as far as I’m concerned. Keep up the amazing and heartfelt help.

This is the first time I bought from Bill Luke. I'm a 20-year customer of a different RAM dealership here in the valley. They didn't have a Power Wagon so I ventured over to Bill Luke. Integrity & honesty, that's what's important to the buyer. I didn't get the runaround and I was offered a fair price for my trade. As other dealerships navigate away from integrity and honesty they will also begin to lose their customers. I'll be shopping with Bill Luke again.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with their service center. I took my Jeep on 8/8 to get it serviced. I had to call multiple times for an update. It took 6 days to get a diagnosis and a week later to get it repaired, paid $1,000 for repair. After I got my truck back on my home on 8/22, my Jeep broke down again the same day for the same part (confirmed by AutoZone diagnosis). On top of this they returned it with 1/4 of a tank after I filled up the gas on 8/6 before I took it in. I had to take back to the shop on 8/25 so I can get charged another $215.00 because another part connected to the part replaced went out. However, my record shows my Jeep was used while at the shop through the mileage records (used over 300 miles), didn't fill up my tank as promised and my tire cover was damaged. They told me the Jeep was finished and I could take it home on 9/29 just so they can call me 6 days later on 9/4 to tell me there was a mistake and I owe them the $215.00. What? After all this trouble I went through with them, waiting 3 weeks for my Jeep to be completely fixed, struggling to take my kids to school they want to call to charge me? Never again will I take any of my vehicles there again. Please don't take your car there, they have a long wait, are very disorganized dealer, and lack in courtesy and customer service experience.
