this is a solid futon! there needs to be a small repair with the pullout section as it came off the nails-easy fix for someone with a hammer. in a home with dogs but have kept it covered for the most part, so very minimal hair and no stains(picture has shadows). cushion is in great condition, wool and cotton-Heavy duty!! Frame is 60" base 63"at flare wide. Cushion is 55" wide. By 72". 34"H 32" deep. Cushion is heavy and wrapped in plastic. No stains. . It's all taken apart.
