If you’re shopping for an Acura, ask for JEFF MAKOWSKI at AutoNation Acura in Sanford, FL. He is everything you hope to find in a salesperson but rarely do - honest, kind, responsive, and a true advocate for his customers.
I normally hate car shopping, but Jeff made the entire experience stress-free and flawless. My old car broke down and I was upside down on the loan. Jeff didn’t just talk me through it - he personally drove my broken car from the shop to the dealership (even when it stalled on the way) so he could make sure I got the best possible outcome. He worked it out so I didn’t have to pay for repairs, my loan was a fully taken care of, and I drove away in a brand-new 2025 MDX.
This is a service well beyond the call of duty. Jeff truly goes the extra mile for his customers, and it shows. If you want someone you can trust to take care of you and fight for your best deal, Jeff is your guy. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

Let me be the first to say, That I’m not one who enjoys spending time at dealerships! Whether it be for sales or service, I would be inclined to say that it’s always about pushing the envelope and typically a miserable experience. I mean, come on, how often does one enjoy going to buy or lease a car without high pressure sales tactics and spending more money than you intended?!

Well, let me tell you, AutoNation Acura in Sanford, Florida does it right!  From the moment that I arrived, some of the guys like Noah and those that work at the front end Were courteous, welcoming and knowledgeable, about the questions that I had and directing me to Jeff Makowski, my sales agent was amazing from the beginning!  Jeff was both knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, as well as as pricing and discounts, as well as incentives offered on the 2024 Acura ZDX that I ended up leasing. The finance manager who I worked with was not pushy or forceful and his direction and suggestions.

All in all, I gave this dealership five stars because the experience was absolutely wonderful and probably, I will move to say the best car buying and leasing experience that I have ever had in 30 years!  I’ve always been an Acura fan, I’ve owned three! And I will definitely say that I am in even bigger fan now thanks to the staff At AutoNation Acura in Sanford, Florida!

I purchased an Acura RDX ASPEC from here yesterday. Allen was my salesman. He was very knowledge of the Acura brand and very informative! If you want an experienced salesman go see Allen! The sale was done very quick, we weren’t left sitting around for hours or all day like some places have you do. Thomas in finance knows his stuff, we were in and out of his office in minutes! Very good guys to deal with when buying a new car! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership because of the experience I had! I love my new Acura and I’m very happy I was able to deal with Allen and Thomas.
