2008 Smart Fortwo

Selling our little Smart car built by Mercedes Benz. A very nice and fun driving car that is also very economical to drive. Has only 39,000 original miles on it (not driven much) and runs beautifully. Bought it for my niece, but didn’t drive it much because she wanted something a little bigger with seating for four. Oh well! It just passed emissions, good for 2yrs. and has a clean title. Bought it from the original owner from California who brought it here to use as a spare commuter when he was in town ( hence the low mileage). We put some money into it, like all new tires, new battery, full tune up, upgraded stereo system, and more. Car was garage kept all its life and well worth what we’re asking for it. Pros: very low mileage for the year. 5 brand new tires, including new spare New battery (bought summer 2025) New upgraded stereo system (completely with Bluetooth & backup camera) Fresh tune up (complete with everything) Nice leather interior Cold A/C and Hot heat Just passed E-test (good for 2 yrs) Comes with 2 keys and original manuals I also bought a manual on CD rom. I’m sure there’s some stuff I’m missing, but long and short, it’s built by Mercedes Benz and meets their strict safety standards. Cons: Has a small chew mark on the lower left bottom corner of the front bumper (previous owner) don’t know, was told about when I bought it. Washer pump doesn’t work Nothing else that we’ve noticed, had a certified mechanic check it out after we purchased it, he recommended new tires (the car still had the originals on it from 2008), as well as the battery (also original), it finally gave up the ghost this last summer. So the first $6000 drives it home! Great car for a student, elderly folks, or anyone working downtown with all the tight parking. Asking if still available will be ignored and only cash in hand will be allowed to test drive. Serious buyers only & no tire kickers.
