I had recently got into an accident and I needed a car fast. I looked up a car that me and my wife liked and could afford. Went to Auto Class Direct to look at a 2021 Kia Telluride. Marty was the guy that helped us out. He was very cool and laid back. He didn’t pressure us into anything but was very good with explaining our options. I had a pre approval from the auto navigator with Capitol One. Tracy, the finance manager, ended up working her magic and beating the original deal that Capitol One had given me. For 100 dollars more on the down payment, she dropped the interest by almost 3% with the same car payment we were looking for. Also dropping the length of the term by 6 months! I will 100% go back to them when I need another car! Plus we were only there for an hour and a half!!! 5 stars, 10 out of 10🙌🏼

I am truly grateful to Tracy, Jenni, Candace, and Tucker for assisting me in the purchase of my new vehicle. The process was long and I’m a self admitted difficult customer but they  worked with me every step of the way and got me into the perfect vehicle. As a proud owner of an Auto Class Direct vehicle, I felt the need and responsibility to write another review of my experience with them. One, because they deserve it. Two, because everyone out there looking for a vehicle that happen to come across Auto Class Direct, should know that they are an excellent place to buy their next vehicle. Recently me and my wife had purchased a Kia Telluride from them. The buying process went smooth and we left with a car we loved. 3 days later the check engine light came on. As someone who has only purchased vehicles from big named dealerships in the past. This came as a red flag that we might have purchased a car that had underlying issues that we would now have to deal with ourselves. BUT because of the help of my man Marty (our salesman), and the head mechanic Kevin and his son. They were able to come up with a game plan to fix the issues and keep their promise to "make it right" and make it right is exactly what they did. Now the car runs great and i couldnt be more at ease! Amazing job by these guys! Since i have only dealt with big named dealerships in the past up until now. I now know what it feels like to have a group of people that truly care about you and your family while also setting the bar in customer service!! If anyone out there has doubts about A.C.D., rest assured! They are amazing, and in my book deemed trust worthy! If we need a car in the future, we will back 100% guaranteed! I was in a really bad financial situation with not a lot of options. Getting denied dealership after dealership.  Tucker moved heaven and earth and was able to get me into something nice!
He gave me insight and advice beyond just vehicles that he definitely need too.
