I’ve been looking, at Shawn’s Motor Credit, Cars for a few years now, before they moved to the new location. I’ve read, nothing but GOOD REVIEWS, especially about Rojas. I’ve kept, this place in my back pocket for awhile now. Until recently, I decided to go ahead and look for a CAR!! I went to other deal ships and the cars, were OVERPRICED and gave me the runaround!!! I called, Shawn’s  Motor Credit. Asked for the OTDP and I was on my way, to check out cars. I was greeted by FRIENDLY STAFF and what a coincidence, Rojas was the person that helped me….Through everything!!! My credit wasn’t good but Rojas, explained everything to me and the process. I gave, it 4 stars because I didn’t get car, I wanted but I left with a car, being that my credit wasn’t good. I have a 2019 Chevy Equinox…The mileage was GREAT!!! My only advice is, make sure you print ALL THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK….BEFORE YOU GO or the process will take longer than expected. SHOUT TO ROJAS AGAIN!!!!

Best dealership I’ve had the pleasure in doing business with. At first I was skeptical because they’re a third party dealer and a lot of them don’t have the best reputations but these people know that customers are getting into a huge purchase and commitments so they don’t force us as consumers to buy with them ASAP and try to force deals. They’re calm, patient and go through the numbers step by step so we know what we’re getting ourselves into and I’ll gladly buy from them again. Truly hope they stick to their welcoming, respectful and non forced sales tactics because they earned a life long customer just based from what I experienced.

*Update: Shariff, who I believe is the manager or maybe owner, reached out after reading my review 1/11/25. I thought he was calling to make things right and reimburse me for the repairs I had to pay for 1 week after purchase. Surprise!!! He was just calling to try to convince me he doesn’t sell bad vehicles and to change my review. I told him if he reimbursed me, I would change my review but that I didn’t want to hear a sales pitch on his dealership. He told me he would not reimburse me, so I again advise anyone looking for a reliable pre-owned vehicle to Avoid the dealership.

Purchased a 2016 Ford 150 King Ranch from this dealership. First, the salesman, Rojar was overly flirtatious, as a single woman, I’m used to it, but he was inappropriate. Second, the truck had a loose flare on the fender and a tire sensor issue.The engine looked very pristine, so I asked the two issues I knew about to be fixed before I purchased the truck. I was promised both would be done. The morning I was to pick up truck, I sold my vehicle to another dealership and took a Lyft to pick up truck. Upon arrival I saw the flare taped to truck with fresh globs of glue all over the fender, rather than replace the clips they chose to use glue and it was a mess! I was also told the sensor had not been fixed and I would need to take it to mechanic who is a friend of the owner. I held off signing paperwork and had to take it to be fixed then take a Lyft home and back to pick it up. I asked the mechanic to look over the engine and let me know if there is any issues I should know about. He said it was in excellent condition. After I signed the papers 3 days later I saw smoke coming from the engine, it was cold so I thought it was just that, a few days later more smoke and the smell of burning oil. I took it to a different mechanic and was told it had two oil leaks and coolant leak. He said it looked like the engine was pressure washed to hide the previous leaking. I bought an extended warranty, but they denied the claim because they said it was a preexisting condition. I called the dealership and told them what I found out, I was told someone would get back to me, no one did. I then called Rojar, the salesman directly and told him what I had found out, he said he would talk to the owner and call me back, surprise, no call back. This dealership knowingly sold me a vehicle that had mechanical issues and tried to hide it by washing the engine. I’m contemplating consulting a lawyer. Please avoid this dealership!!!

I had an excellent experience here. Manuel sold me my 2016 Honda Civic, it was in excellent condition. I took it to get serviced and my mechanic told me it was a great find and there were no problems, just needed some fluid flushes.

They offered a great selection of vehicles, and I was able to test drive the car I wanted before making my decision.

The buying process was straightforward and transparent. There were no hidden fees or unexpected costs, and he provided me with a detailed breakdown of the pricing.

What impressed me the most was the level of customer service. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel valued as a customer.

I came back the next day, Manuel cleaned the car and made it smell nice.  I drove away my new car feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Shawn's Motor Credit to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.
